This company charges $325 an hour. They don't disclose this when you call for service. Then they pretend to fix your boiler, as part of a scam to make you think you need a new boiler. Then they tell you they can't come back to fix it because they are busy. But they had no problem cashing my $825 check. Charged me $650 for 2 hours of labor plus parts. This makes them the most expensive plumbing company in the state. Do your self a favor and learn from my experience and call elsewhere. This company has no integrity.

We hired CJ's to help us switch two homes from oil to gas. They were wonderful to work with; from the beginning, they not only told us about their planned work, but made sure we had a clear overview of the entire process (getting gas connected to the house, applying for rebates, etc.). The work they did was nothing short of beautiful! They came and measured our space, and then pre-fabricated the board with all of the piping and connections. It looked like a work of art! That alone gave me so much confidence that we had hired people who didn't just 'get the job done', but who took a lot of pride in their work. The whole team was kind, and our home was left clean, tidy, and warm! Thank you, CJ's!

Strung us along then blew us off. We called them because our shower drain pipe was leaking and needed to be replaced. They initially booked us two days out, cancelled and said they’d be here the next day. Never showed up again and said they’d be here Monday. They made an excuse in Monday morning that someone else got priority because they lost heat. Fine ok, I get that, but then later that day they messaged us saying they couldn’t do it at all because the HVAC was too close to the pipe, which it’s not and they would know that if they actually got out here and at least looked at it. Unbelievable customer service (in the worst way)… Just say you can’t take the job! We could have found someone else to fix it!

Matt and Eliza are the best people over at CJ's. They came out quickly when I had an issue and were straight and honest with me. They were very fairly priced as well. They installed a whole new hot water boiler in just a day, and were beyond professional. Not only were they considerate coming in and out of the house with cats, they were beyond great with my baby at home. When they were using products with strong smells, they had methods to make the smell go away for the baby. When the baby took a nap, they went out of the way to not bother him. I will forever use these people for all my buildings.

I called this company because my heating system failed and when I called I was greeted by a very pleasant and helpful lady who worked to get me a technician asap. The technicians that came to my house were professional and knew what my heating system needed to get running again. These two technicians worked pass closing hours to ensure that my heating system was working for the cold weather ahead. When all was said and done they gave me a fair and honest price, they didn’t try to nickel and dime me or try to tack on costs and maintenance that didn’t need to be done or didn’t happen. If I could give more stars I would. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service they provided as well as the job that was done.

Kind, courteous staff, they provide Impeccable service, fair pricing, highly experienced meticulous precision, super fast install, and bonus they ooze the best positive energy through your home while they work. I recently hired CJ’s Plumbing to do several jobs in my home and I’m very happy with the work they did. They fixed my kitchen sink, installed 2 new outdoor spigots and installed a new toilet and pedestal sink in my bathroom, even helped me select the fixtures from their supplier. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, from the plumber Chris, to the office staff Rhonda and Eliza.I would definitely recommend them to my friends and will call them for future jobs.

We have used Chris at CJ's Plumbing for over six years now. He's done everything from installing an entire plumbing system for a two bathroom addition on our house, to fixing our boiler, to installing a new oil tank, and more. CJ's is always on time, and their work is top quality. We have recommended them to many of our friends and would recommend them to anyone. Their quotes are not the cheapest you can find, but typically cheap quotes means cheap workmanship. CJ's does excellent work and does it right the first time.
